All rooms have hospitality trays, hair dryers, towels, Smart TV's and free wifi, available all year round.

There is private parking with CCTV and secure storage for cycles and motorbikes.

Cancelation Policy: Our cancelation policy requires that if for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, this needs to be done at least 7 days prior to arrival, or the first nights stay will be charged. If a guest does not stay for the total length of their booking then we may request reimbursement for the loss of revenue as a result of rooms being un-occupied. In the event of a late cancellation, the total cost of reservation will be payable, if we are unable to re-let the room. Sorry for the inconvenience but this due to late cancelations and loss of revenue in the past.
